For all other customers who have chosen packages from 3 months to 6 months, due to technical reasons inherent to the MAC address stored on our servers, we will not be able to keep your username and password and “Favorites” already registered on our servers, if no activity of the TV box is observed.
Nevertheless, we have found a solution for those who do not use our service year-round, both in Canada and Florida. We can put your account on vacation with a restricted activity. The six month suspense fee is $ 59.95, or $ 10.00 per month and reactivation will be done remotely at no charge. You will not have to move to the offices of ClickTel, when you return this fall.
If you do not opt for this offer above, when you return this fall, there will be a $ 49.95 fee to activate the Canadian television service, in addition to monthly payments.
